Prepare, publish, share and take registrations for free. Before a paid start, review the roster-based quote and complete organiser checkout. The PickleTour pre-launch checkout uses Paddle Sandbox: it can test payment and event-start flows but never collects real money. Live payments are not yet open. Applicable currency and tax will be shown before payment when your market is available.
Try it on court
Your first two events are free. No time limit. After both have started, confirmed organiser payment is required before starting another event. Joining an event is free and does not use this allowance.
A few things worth knowing
How are roster changes and late entries priced?
The roster and schedule are frozen when you accept a quote; pre-start changes need a new quote. You may confirm duplicate records only when they are the same person. Up to 10% late entrants are included at no extra fee. Higher overage never interrupts a live event or creates an automatic charge. Anyone registering after play starts joins the waiting list, with no guarantee of match participation or placement. The active draw or fixtures are not changed.
What happens if an organiser cancels?
Cancellation before live start follows a full-refund policy; requests are handled manually during the preview. Requests after the event starts are reviewed case by case.
Do players pay PickleTour?
The organiser pays the software fee in one transaction. Player accounts are free. Any entry fee you collect for your own event is separate.
Does a second division cost extra?
A player counts once per tournament day, regardless of how many divisions they enter that day.
Does a Tour add a separate fee?
No. Each tournament stop and the grand final use normal tournament billing; there is no extra Tour fee.
What about a small event?
The minimum software fee is $10 per competition. For example, eight players playing one day cost $10.
